The Smackdown Vs Raw series has always been impressive, but nothing can compare to the many additions which have been added to the upcoming Smackdown Vs Raw 2007. This game will be the first wrestling title released for the Xbox 360, and many fans are saying it is the closest thing yet being at the live event. The graphics of the game are so detailed that the wrestlers will even sweat. The pictures and images of wrestlers from smackdown vs raw 2006 is surpassed by latest title in the series.

Despite this, the gameplay is the same style found on the Playstation 2 and Xbox games. This means that those who are fans of the series will be able to quickly pick up the controller and play. Facial expressions of fear, surprise, and shock are shown with vivid detail. The game designers worked hard to make sure no details were left unaccounted for. A new grappling system has been introduced which allows players to pick up each other from any position, and they can decide what to do with them.

There are at least 40 different moves which allow players slam their opponents in a variety of different ways. There is also plenty to do outside the ring, and there will be numerous spots which you can use to hurt your opponent. You can slam their head into a post, or you can rub their face along a cage in order to bust them open. The action moves at 60 frames per second, and the crowd is very interactive. On the Xbox 360 version of the game, about a thousand people will appear in the audience.

The crowd in the game acts very much like they do on an episode of Raw or Smackdown, jumping up and down and holding signs. This is great compared to Smackdown Vs Raw 2006, where the audience moves up and down in performing the same movements, which looks very unrealistic. Some of the audience members on Smackdown 2006 appear to not have on any shirts, and I don't believe this is allowed at an actual event.

THQ promised to update the new roster and provide a new list of legends. Online play will also be added with voice chat, and the create your own superstar mode will have over 250 objects which can be used to customize your character. The moves performed in the game are very impressive, and it appears that THQ is set to continue the success of the Smackdown franchise.
